​Rotary House has a number of Policy and Procedure documents that state clearly our commitment to maintaining the safety and welfare of tenants and staff. These include policies covering, for instance, Fire Safety, Accident Reporting and Safe working conditions, Safeguarding policies for staff and tenants, Complaint procedures and Risk assessments. Copies of all Rotary House Policies are readily available to tenants in the communal lounge and via the website and master copies are maintained, version controlled and regularly reviewed by the Management team
